§ 1
1. This privacy policy describes the rules of storing, processing and using information gathered by Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Pawła Iwaniaka, henceforth also referred to as “Kancelaria”, via the website obslugaprawna.pro, henceforth referred to as “Website”, including the personal data of its users, henceforth referred to as “Users”.
2. Personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 is Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Paweł Iwaniak, with the registered office in Stryjno Pierwsze 85, 21-065 Rybczewice, NIP 7122895220, REGON 061368184.
§ 2
When using the Website, the User agrees to the provisions of this privacy policy.
§ 3
1. Kancelaria collects and processes such personal data that is necessary to:
1) provide legal services;
2) maintain contact with Users;
3) obtain statistical data on visits to the Website;
4) conduct recruitment.
2. The personal data of Users can be used to inform them about the legal services provided by Kancelaria only by their prior permission to process their personal data for the said purpose.
3. The personal data of the Website Users may be used only for purposes that it was made available for.
§ 4
1. Submission of one’s personal data is voluntary. Users have a right to access and amend this data and to request it to be deleted.
2. Users who voluntarily supply their personal data may at any time request:
1) a copy of information about them stored by Kancelaria;
2) all inaccurate information in this data to be amended;
3) their personal data to be deleted from the database of Kancelaria.
4. The actions referred to above in § 4, subpara. 2, items 1–3 will be carried out immediately and not later than within 7 days within the receipt of such a request.
§ 5
Users may revoke their permission to process their personal data by sending an email to kontakt@obslugaprawna.pro or a letter to the address of Kancelaria.
§ 6
Users’ personal data shall not be transferred to other persons or entities without Users’ permission, except for situations where such transfer is permitted by applicable personal data protection regulations or unless otherwise provided by the law.
§ 7
1. Kancelaria may change its privacy policy if provisions of the law are changed and also in response to comments and expectations of Users.
2. Changes in the privacy policy shall be published on the Website by placing a link to such changes on the Website.
