Paweł Iwaniak

A legal counsel with the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Lublin. He completed his law course at Faculty of Law and Administration, Maria Skłodowska-Curie University, Lublin, and then did his counselling training with the Chamber in Lublin. He holds accountancy certificate.

He specialises in commercial law, especially cases involving property and personal insurance, copyright and related rights, and personal data protection. He deals with matters in the area of contract law, inheritance law, tax law, personal rights protection and real estate transactions.
He has experience as a legal representative of both individuals and large economic operators in civil and commercial cases, as well as judicial-administrative and tax cases. He has built his professional experience in well-known law firms and tax advisers’ offices in Lublin, Cracow and Warsaw, as well as by pursuing his own economic activity.

Currently he runs a law firm which offers mainly services to enterprises and and conducts litigations on behalf of victims of road accidents and other chance events, brings actions against insurers or offenders the purpose of which is to recover damages, compensations, disability pensions and other benefits in cash.
